When running a small business, it’s easy to get quickly overwhelmed and stressed with all the tasks at hand. In a fun article from Inc, entitled A Great Leader Often Does Very Little, they outline that great leaders often do just that- very little. What? They do little…very little?

The key to being a leader is to have that vision, that strategy that will make the business successful, not filling every hole, or doing everything yourself. That’s the highway to burnout. Your staff is there to fulfill that vision you have. A life outside of work will give you that balance as well and enable you to, in turn, be a better leader.
