Customer Value & Profitability

Inc.com posted a great article today on measuring customer value and profitability called The Profitability Illusion. The article suggests that it’s always easy to look at revenue from one year to the next and easy to see growth or decline but that’s not the best picture for success…it’s about creating increasing customer value for your customers and making that value sustainable in the long run.
